Contraband Detectors that Also Detect Radiation

The Buster K910G Density Meter is the most recent version of the contraband detector designed and released by Campbell/Harris Security Equipment Company (CSECO). It replaces the original Buster K910B.

Like its predecessor, the Buster K910G is a product of science and ingenuity of its founder Patrick J. Campbell and a team of US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents. The basic functions and the technology are still there -- the low-intensity gamma radiation and a scintillation detector. This cutting-edge technology has rendered the Buster effective for many years in detecting almost every kind of hidden contraband: narcotics, any types of drugs (illegal or prescribed), currency, alcohol, jewelry, weapons and explosives. It's the type of density meter that you can use to scan anywhere and on any type of suspected material -- cars, trucks, container shipments, walls, and furniture. You don't have to worry because the Buster is made with frequent use in mind -- it is and will remain durable even after experiencing the rigors of everyday use.

If you need quick but thorough and accurate searchings, you can also depend on the Buster. Its scan rate runs at four readings per second and it can locate hidden contraband by penetrating into the suspected items as deep as six inches. You can perform a normal inspection on an average-sized vehicle within five minutes or scan an average-sized room in about 10 minutes.

Not only is the Buster a dependable partner for inspectors in combating smuggling, it is also dependable in protecting living organisms from the threats of radiation. Yes, you heard it right! The Buster K910B was the first to introduce RAD-Aware technology, which detects dangerous amounts of radiation. This allows the first person to detect it (first responders) to establish safety boundaries for other inspectors, as well as civilians, from dirty-bomb detonation and other radioactive leaks. The Buster's features and controls won't go haywire even as it positively detects radiation.

The Buster comes with an audible and visual alert to notify the user in the event that hidden contraband or dangerous radioactive amounts have been found. It is also made even safer as its radioactive source is now 25% less than competing density meters and all internal/external lead components have been eliminated. These improvements make the Buster K910G by far the safest density meter on the market.

The Buster K910G could be your all-in-one dependable partner in countering smuggling, handling hazardous materials, and combating terrorism. Not only is it an awesome contraband detector that detects various kinds of hidden contraband, it can also locate threatening amounts of radiation which leads to protecting the environment as well as establishing safety perimeters for the inspectors and other innocent lives.
