The Right Contraband Detection Equipment for Inspections

The Right Contraband Detection Equipment for Inspections

Manufacturers waste no time in taking advantage of the latest trends in technology to come up with (what they believe to be) the most cutting-edge contraband detection equipment. Do you think you have the right tools? Do you think that they get the job done of locating hidden contraband no matter where you are inspecting?

If you still are not sure, then you can check out the CT-40 Contraband Team Detection Kit from Campbell/Harris Security Equipment Company (CSECO), the leading name in the contraband detection equipment for over 30 years.

If you’re talking about speed, durability, reliability, and precision, the CT-40 Contraband Team Detection Kit has it all.

The CT-40 Contraband Team Detection Kit is an upgrade of the previous CT-30 Contraband Team Detection Kit, the first contraband tool kit CSECO had ever released. With this upgrade, expect new and enhanced tools for more effective inspections for concealed narcotics, cash, and other forms of contraband.

Here is what’s included in the CT-40 Contraband Team Detection Kit:

1. Perfect Vision V20 Videoscope Inspection System

The Perfect Vision V20 Videoscope Inspection System has now replaced the FV-Series Fiberscope (which is in the CT-30 kit).

Among its many outstanding features is the 5-inch (12.7 centimeter) multi-directional color LCD display with push-button digital zoom that provides ten times the resolution of most leading fiberscopes. Along with the large monitor display, the Perfect Vision also features a 6-millimeter (¼-inch diameter) x 2-meter (80-inch) flexible, fuel-safe shaft with two-way articulated tip and a powerful integral LED light source.

The amazing features of the Perfect Vision V20 Videoscope allow for a closer and more detailed inspection of gas and fuel tanks, dashboards, crevices on the walls, and various concealed spaces within a vehicle, closed container, or room.

The Perfect Vision V20 Videoscope is the first visual inspection tool (or contraband detection tool in general) to be certified “safe” by the Underwriters Laboratory (UL), a prestigious and leading name in product safety. Being declared a non-incendive contraband inspection tool by the UL, you can use the Perfect Vision V20 Videoscope even in hazardous areas like gas/fuel tanks.

2. Buster K910G Density Meter

The Buster density meter that you’ve always depended on, used in countless inspections and loved, has gotten an upgrade! Like the previous Buster K910B, the Buster K910G still has the same technology – the low-intensity gamma radiation emitter and back scatter scintillation detector to quickly scan certain areas for hidden contraband, such as vehicles or indoor spaces.

And, like the Buster K910B, the Buster K910G still has the ability to identify most sorts of contraband – from narcotics to cash to explosives – hidden in objects made of various materials like wood, metal, concrete, reinforced plastic, and even dirt.

The K910G is still easy to use like its predecessor, and each unit comes with a calibration block which ensures that the Buster continues to function perfectly.

But what are the difference between the K910B and the K910G? The latter has significantly improved features for safer and more eco-friendly inspections. All lead-based components that are found in the K910B are now removed in the K910G, and its radioactive source is now 25% smaller than its closest rival density meter.

3. PN – Series Inspection Probe Kit

This is a set of stainless-steel probes of different sizes. Each probe features grooves which are designed to trap detected contraband when inserted into materials that range from couches, sacks, flower beds, gravel, etc. It comes with an easy-to-carry nylon sheath to store the probes when not in use.

4. Leica Laser Range Meter

The Leica Laser Ranger Meter is used to measure and detect false walls, bulkheads, and hidden spaces of various types with definite dimensions.

5. PM-10 Extension Inspection Mirror with High Intensity Flashlight

This telescoping tool has a large mirror at its tip, allowing inspectors to examine dark and/or hard-to-reach areas such as beneath a car or underneath certain furniture items that are too heavy or bulky to remove.

All of the equipment are stored in the CT-40 Customer Carrying Case with wheels.

All the right tools that you’re looking for are here in the CT-40 Contraband Team Detection Kit!

Plus, with the enhanced safety features in the Buster K910G density meter and the Perfect Vision V20 Videoscope, you don’t have to be concerned about risking injury or causing permanent damage to the environment. You can be confident that CSECO’s contraband detection equipment are guaranteed to bring fast and accurate readings that will ultimately lead to positive, concrete results. https://cseco.com/products/ct-40-contraband-team-kit/
